The Microsoft Outlook course describes how an email messaging system functions. Delegates will learn how to create and work with email messages. They will create address books in which to store contact names, create folders relating to specific topics and learn how to automatically move incoming messages to their respective folder using Rules.

The calendar folder will be used, not only to manage personal time, but also to comprehensively manage meetings and track responses of the invitees.

Personal and assigned Tasks and Notes and how to filter and find items, will be investigated, as will the Out of Office assistant and giving permission to a colleague to manage your mailbox in your absence.
