There is a one-day Familiarisation course which looks at new features in the most frequently used applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. How to find your way around, together with saving documents, spreadsheets, etc., to make them compatible with earlier versions of Microsoft Office are also fully explained.
