Microsoft Outlook Training Courses

Amethyst’s Microsoft Outlook courses describe how an e-mail messaging system works. Delegates will learn how to create and work with e-mail messages. They will create address books in which to store contact details; create folders relating to specific topics and learn how to automatically move incoming messages to their respective folders using Rules.

The Calendar folder will be used not only to manage personal time, but also to organise and manage meetings and track responses from the invitees.

Personal and assigned Tasks and Notes and how to filter, find, move and change items will be investigated, as will setting an Out of Office message. Delegates will also learn many tips and tricks for managing Outlook items.
